I just had my 35 year old railings replaced on my front steps and porch. The new look is awesome and the work was great. Good communication from this company. They care about making the customer happy. The best part is no more rust to contend with.

Poor quality powder coat. They dont prep and it flakes off within weeks. Id go somewhere like greendale railing where they do quality work the 1st time. In regards ti the disgruntled employee. Call the owners of vrg and ask them how they prepare the metal before powder coat. The proper way to clean the metal for powder coat is to use a decreased. sometimes with an acid etch. Virginia railing skips this step and causes the finish to flake off in time. If the powder coat isn't bad enough. Their finishing department needs work ... read more
