Poor quality powder coat. They dont prep and it flakes off within weeks. Id go somewhere like greendale railing where they do quality work the 1st time. In regards ti the disgruntled employee. Call the owners of vrg and ask them how they prepare the metal before powder coat. The proper way to clean the metal for powder coat is to use a decreased. sometimes with an acid etch.
