I have been a customer of Virginia prosthetics for 20 years. I am a double below the Knee Amputee and I have a blister on both of my legs because my prosthetics aren’t fitting properly. I called to make an appointment to get in there because it’s such a long backlog and they will not even schedule me because I have not gotten a prescription yet. The staff at this agency is very unprofessional to the point of being disrespectful to their clients! They do not follow doctor’s recommendations at all!!
Tyler took great care of my husband both with the orthotics and shoes. He is extremely happy with both the orthotics and shoes. Felicia was very courteous and scheduling appointments was easy.
