I was told there would be an open house at a property in Old Town, Alexandria and no one showed up. I was not told until 10 minutes after I was there and not until I had to ask where the agent was. I understand things happen, but if I don't get a courtesy communication from a representative, then I feel like a bad review is deserved.

They took over as property managers after the landlord fired the previous manager. While they understand they are managing the property on behalf of the landlord, including handling leases that were issued previously, they do not believe it is in their interest to perform that duty. A property manager of this group now managing the unit has done their best to provide no help. They claim since the lease was issued by a previous group, its not their problem. If you are a potential tenant, do yourself a favor and avoid it.

If you're looking for a reliable property manager, this is the company to hire. They’re incredibly communicative, proactive, and always on top of everything. I've had a great experience and highly recommend them to anyone needing professional property management.
