Worst propane company that I've ever dealt with. Charge a dollar more than everyone else, let you run out of propane and do not call back. Stay as far away from them as you can I have contacted the local media as well as the Virginia Department of energy...
I ordered propane one week before the winter storm we had and still have not received my propane. Multiple calls and nothing. Received a text yesterday stating that my order would be filled today. Called today to verify and was told yes definitely on schedule for today and they never showed. Great customer service and business yeah right. Could use some polishing.
“Superior” Propane is everything but. Their customer service is non-existent. My tank leasing fee literally quadrupled without any notice or warning. When I called to ask about it I was met with confusion, attitude and multiple conflicting explanations along with a follow up via email telling me to pay the fee or they’ll come get my tank.
I have never ever had such an issue and having been getting propane deliveries for years! Albeit the company has changed names multiple times. We’ve always gotten a delivery in December, early January then February. No delivery in January and now we are at 5% and all I can get is we are trying to get there. An empty tank could create a whole lot of issues for myself and superior. I understand bad weather but that’s over. Superior bought Virginia and everything has been a mess!
We ordered gas Dec 16 and told the woman on the phone we were at 10%. (This is over a week BEFORE the big ice storm.) We called again after the storm because we were out of gas and was told that now we had to pay a $150 repressurization fee because it was below 10%. It is now Feb 4 and the gas still has not been delivered. We have 4 people in the house, 3 of whom are disabled and I have to boil water in the microwave so people can take baths.
