Warning to others: I’ve been a happy customer for years, but they just hiked my annual 'inactive' tank fee by 280%. They are charging this fee even though they left my tank disconnected and unusable during the last refill visit. When I reached out to resolve this, the customer service was incredibly poor. It feels like they are penalizing customers for 'inactivity' that they caused by leaving the equipment inoperable. Look elsewhere if you want transparent pricing and functional service.
I wish I could give them zero stars. We moved into a new home and requested the propane tank be picked up as it is no longer needed. They advised they would pick it up 3 weeks from when requested. I reluctantly agreed even though I needed it gone sooner. Today they were supposed to come pick it up. It was a no call, no show. Worst propane company that I've ever dealt with. Charge a dollar more than everyone else, let you run out of propane and do not call back. Stay as far away from them as you can I have contacted the local media as well as the Virginia Department of energy...
I ordered propane one week before the winter storm we had and still have not received my propane. Multiple calls and nothing. Received a text yesterday stating that my order would be filled today. Called today to verify and was told yes definitely on schedule for today and they never showed. Great customer service and business yeah right. Could use some polishing.
“Superior” Propane is everything but. Their customer service is non-existent. My tank leasing fee literally quadrupled without any notice or warning. When I called to ask about it I was met with confusion, attitude and multiple conflicting explanations along with a follow up via email telling me to pay the fee or they’ll come get my tank.
