Very frustrating to get a tank filled with this company. I will say that the customer service reps have the patience of a saint and took the brunt of my frustration. I called on Sat because I was out of gas and have no hot water now. I paid over $400 for delivery and the "leak" test. I was told I would get a text most likely on Monday with a delivery date wishin 7 days. I explained to the rep on Sat that I dont work in the area and the last time I was to get a delivery I was told 12pm and they didnt show up until after 7pm. ... read more
What a piece of crap company. We cancelled because of their prices were too high. We called over and over for over 6 months to get them to pick up their tank. We recorded conversations with their operators in which they actually said they hated working there because of having to cover for their worthless company. Eventually I had to file a complaint with the Better business bureau.Stay away.
They are thieves " because we filled that tank, it makes it ours"
I wish I could give zero stars. We cancelled in January because we couldn't get anyone to come fill our tank. Now nobody will come and pick up the tank. Been sitting in our front yard since January. How oh how do you stay in business. Free to anyone who will come get it
