Dr. Palagri is the only dr in northern va that I trust. I have been going to her for almost 6 years. She’s extremely honest and clear with her patients. The entire office staff is inviting and makes you feel comfortable. I love going even when I am extremely sick and have lost my voice. If you’re looking for an honest, truthful, and patient doctor look no further! She is the best!!!
