I had difficulty finding a plumber to install my Mira shower, as many quoted unreasonable prices and suggested unnecessary work such as removing tiles without replacement and drilling into the back wall to adjust pipe mounts. Dean provided an excellent service, bringing his expertise as a reputable bathroom and kitchen specialist. Dean has done an amazing job gutting my old bathroom and fitting a new walk in shower, sink and unit, plus wall and floor tiles. VP were good value, and both Dean and Emma were great communicators throughout. Dean was tidy, punctual, friendly and his work is beautiful and up to my (perfectionist) standard :D My favourite thing about Dean was that he discussed my ideas, decisions and DIY experience with respect and did not patronise me, as a young female customer.

Dean was epic, was without heating & hot water following a leak I created in the shower. Was over the next day, smashed the job out no mess after. Shower all fixed! Highly recommended
