Does anyone in this practice actually answer the phone. I called yesterday 8 times and was in a que for 10 minutes each call. I chose the option to leave a voice mail and still in a holding que. Called again today when the practice opened, sent to a holding que. I've opened and managed multiple medical practices in NC and I would not find this acceptable from my staff. How do established patients receive care if no one answers the phone?
