Had a wonderful experience at my appointment! Dr. Shnatz, her nurse, and her student were all fantastic—so knowledgeable and informative, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. Lillian was also amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this team
Dr. Brim was referred to me by a good friend, as my former gynecologist left the practice and I was without a doctor. I felt at ease immediately with Dr. Brim. She explained to me what my visits would entail now that I am of a certain age. Her listening skills were incredible, and she answered all of my questions. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring are words coming to mind when I think about yesterday’s visit with Dr. Brim. Dr. schnatz & her team is AMAZING !!! They are always so nice & personable, which makes the visits so much more comfortable. The staff is always so nice from the moment you walk in until you leave. For the most part I’m always in & out. Would 10/10 recommend!
Well run, efficient office. Knowledgeable staff, doctor up to date on procedure and products. Takes the time to explain, compassionate bedside manner, highly trained and skilled.
I had an appointment today at 12pm and I got there at 11:40am; since they require a patient to be there 15 minutes earlier for check in. Staff called my name at 12pm to take my vitals and give ultrasound. I was done with that process within 20 minutes. Staff told me to sit back out in the lobby until the someone else calls for me to see the doctor. I wasn’t called until 1:00pm to come in to see the doctor.
