Spent an hour and a half on hold to cancel an appt that I had already called to cancel last week, but it wasn't done. (Still got a reminder text). Both calls I was treated so rudely. These women could care less what you have going on or how much time is wasted waiting for them to complete a simple task. Was seen in December, wanting my IUD removed and discuss other options. My doctor almost seemed angry I wanted it out and did all he could to talk me out of it. I felt like I was some sort of idiot for feeling/wanting somethi... read more

The past two times I’ve been here, my doctor was unavailable, and I wasn’t informed until I arrived. Each time, I had to wait forever just to see someone else. This time, they placed me with Dr. Lucas. I arrived at 10:30 AM for my 10:45 AM appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:12 PM, even after telling them multiple times that I had to get back to work. When Dr. Lucas finally came in, she didn’t even know why I was there and was out of the room by 12:23 PM. She was unbelievably rude when I asked fertility-related questions, a... read more

The office canceled my appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, although there is a fee if you reschedule/cancel within that timeframe as a patient. When I called back to hopefully reschedule with a different provider, the lady on the phone was very short, rude, and dismissive. She snapped back at me with "Well that is exactly what the messages we sent you said, that there are no other providers." and she repeated t... read more

I did not have a good experience with Laura Deal. She told me I didn’t have endometriosis because my pain wasn’t only around or didn’t correspond to my cycle (can’t remember exact wording). I had surgery and had deep endometriosis in my left ovary and several other areas, and lesions. I felt very unheard. I do think she cared and was doing her best but it felt that she inexperienced with endometriosis and ill informed regarding the disease and how it presents differently in different women.
