I love this place. So amazing, detail and caring!!
From check-in to checkout , my experience was seamless. The staff were polite and courteous. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. This is what is expected and appreciated at a doctors visit.
I saw Dr. Morin. She was helpful, attentive, and answered all my questions. Her and her assistant, Pam, were lovely to meet as a first-time patient at VPFW. I would highly recommend Dr. Morin and the team at the St. Francis location!
*UPDATE!* Two months and one hysterectomy later, still not one call from VPFW, but I sure got a LABCORP bill for results I was never called about, and ultrasound not set up!* If you're concerned you might have cancer, do NOT go here. THEY DO NOT CARE! I had my appointment with Dr. Demarchi on Wednesday, 03/11. She advised that my cyst is possibly cancerous and said an ultrasound would be scheduled "by next week."
