Had the WORST experience with Dr. Santos’s today, honestly I don’t even know why she’s in this practice, she was very unprofessional, & dismissive. I would never recommend her, I walked out before I could finish my appointment with her, after calling to speak with a supervisor they placed me on hold and said the supervisors are in a meeting and will call me back, I have not received a call back. I would not be coming back and will file a formal complaint about this business practice.
Dr. Santosh and the staff at VPFW are warm, welcoming and consummate professionals. Dr. Santosh has been my provider of choice since I moved to the Richmond area.
The professionals at VPFW have provided me with top notch care for 25+ years. The staff at VPFW is always friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Stone is excellent. It is obvious that she truly cares about her patients. She is thorough, takes time to listen, and answers all of my questions.
I've been going to VPFW for more than 20 years. The whole office is amazing. Dr. Bendheim has been my Dr. the entire time and I simply adore him. Just a nice down to earth man who asks about my vacation from the last time I was there. Highly recommend!!
