I am already a client of Dr. Virgínia Pagani and had an appointment scheduled for 10/02/2025, I stopped working that day and when I got there the office was closed, no one told me anything, I understand perfectly that eventualities happen, but I thought it was disrespectful that they didn't tell me, because I wasted my time and my work day going there.

Dr Pagani was polite and professional. Her support staff was profoundly inadequate and unorganized. Not sure where the root problem is but ended with my wife leaving the practice and finding another doctor and office who is much more organized , professional, timely and supportive. Very poor communication with Dr Virgina’s staff and answering service. Appeared that if you speak any other language than Spanish you can expect to be ignored or dismissed easily by staff. We don’t tolerate it. Best of Luck.
