I bought a Bad Boy ZT Elite several months ago. I was very impressed with Sal's customer service. I had a lot of questions because I had never driven a zero turn mower. Sal answered my questions and let me drive one to get a feel for how it works. requested several Add-ons for the mower. A few of them were probably rarely purchased from the catalog, but Sal ordered them for me and put them on without issue.
