I had to have a Reverse shoulder surgery, I picked the right place. Nurses and staff are so friendly, Dr Luciano was Amazing. He came in, walked me through the procedure and also met with my wife after surgery. I was only on pain pills for 3 days then went on just Tylenol. Thank You All!!! VERY GIFTED STAFF!!!!
Highly disappointed. I urgently need to be seen and have been in pain for two weeks. Communication here is VERY poor-I continued to receive automated texts and reminder emails regarding my CONFIRMED appointment up until my appointment time and proceeded to the office, (drove all the way from work to waste time), only to be told a voicemail was left the previous day to notify me of the doc’s absence due to a meeting and that I needed to reschedule. Today was my first visit. My PCP's office set up the appointment. It took only 5 days to be seen. The front staff is professional & polite. My doctor was running behind a few minutes but nothing major. Overall, great experience with Dr. Beckett. I'd would recommend.
Really negligent care , both times I've been here they seen me a total of 15 minutes, I need an MRI done and my insurance has denied it for the second time , because your doctor has to note you've attempted therapy etc. I've been to 6 weeks of physical therapy , and came back to have an MRI scheduled. In the notes for the insurance claim all he wrote was . "Patient has shoulder pain" . My insurance was charged 200$ to visit him for 5 minutes just for him to say he would order the MRI .
