Great Service is what to expect, the best service form our Dr. + staff. That we depend on the results. Very friendly staff not like it used to be 10 years ago. All for the better.
I had to have a Reverse shoulder surgery, I picked the right place. Nurses and staff are so friendly, Dr Luciano was Amazing. He came in, walked me through the procedure and also met with my wife after surgery. I was only on pain pills for 3 days then went on just Tylenol. Thank You All!!! VERY GIFTED STAFF!!!!
Highly disappointed. I urgently need to be seen and have been in pain for two weeks. Communication here is VERY poor-I continued to receive automated texts and reminder emails regarding my CONFIRMED appointment up until my appointment time and proceeded to the office, (drove all the way from work to waste time), only to be told a voicemail was left the previous day to notify me of the doc’s absence due to a meeting and that I needed to reschedule.
