Wasted my time there. Doctor saw me for about 5 minutes, and wouldn't stop talking. He did not listen to me when I tried to talk. I was so happy to get out. Called again to hopefully see someone for my spine issues, told they don't have anyone for spine issues. Ridiculous. Don't put spine in your title if you won't help people with spine issues.
In October of 2017 I came to this facility for pain in right hip. The Doctor was rude and not at all helpful. Kee Miller the physical therapists was very good and helpful. The doctor was not. After moving away from the area I have found new doctors. I have a torn labrum, which could have been detected if the doctor would have ordered the right MRI. Also, way back in 2012 my partner broke his leg in two places. He mentioned many times that he need to be transported to the VA. Dr. Reigel insisted that this was and emergency. A... read more
Doctor Craig Reigel is probably one of the most caring and understanding doctors I have ever meet. I have sone medical issues that have caused me extreme pain and he has always listened to my concerns and did his best to help treat them. Hes never labeled me as a pain med seeker or ignored any kindof issues. I have kidney disease and I wish my urologist was as amazing as him. The front desk ladies are always nice and you never wait forever to get seen. Thanks guys for being an amazing practice!!!!
