So I was being seen as a new patient and I have to say there is no warm welcome from the front desk. The waiting area is awful. People lined up to check in and out. The only 2 people that actually seemed to be cheerful and welcoming was Jeff and the lady that drew my blood Sherry. You would think in the field of oncology you would want a super nice staff that at least didn't look like they hate their jobs. Dr Naga is dismissive and doesn’t even make eye contact. You’re definitely a number to her. The nurse did not listen to me whenever I told her which pharmacy was to be number one and which was to be number two with her saying yeah yeah yeah and then still putting it wrong. The I was not able to reach a physical person in the office and was routed to other places in Hampton roads and voicemails, not being returned to be able to remedy the issue leaving me a very weak and sick person having to physically go into the office jus... read more
Went for a post op follow up on March 11, 2026. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for the Dr. and her nurse to come in for 2 minutes. I timed it. And then they put in the notes that the pathology report was discussed in detail which it was not and that this long discussion was had which had not been had. I’m so sick of this Dr putting lies in my chart. If she doesn’t want to do her job than she needs to leave or maybe this place needs to rethink having Drs like Dr Rogers in the first place.
