As a new patient I was HIGHLY disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can sadly say my very first appointment quickly became my last here. Arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and was immediately called back to an office to be asked about my copayment. No other information was given. It was a very weird 2 min. interaction. I signed the form stating I paid and was sent back out to the waiting room in which I sat for over 2 HOURS!!! I was never called to the back. Not happy with their service and lack of. The run around. Trying to get a appointment to come in for labs to check if I have a urinary infection after a major surgery because of intense pain. Finally got an appointment after calling multiple people at the office, then after completing the labs, having to call them back multiple times, getting voicemails, leaving voicemails, no response while dealing with pain. While my interactions with Dr Rogers who removed my cancer infected uterus were perfectly amicable, the aftercare was shockingly abysmal. The first week after my procedure I was still in pain and ran out of tramadol, I called them spoke to a person they told me to hang up and call and leave a voicemail I did. I called back the following week, because I still had not heard anything from them nor had my pharmacy. I have been a patient of this practice for many years! Recently the level of care has drastically gone down hill had an appointment over a month ago waited to get results had to call myself when the bill was received in the mail!!! Not sure what is happening if they are to big to handle their original patients or not just leaves a very bad taste in an old patient who is made to feel like a bother when trying to find out answers to questions!!!
