Got an appointment same week, got there checked in and was seen on time. Front desk was very professional and the doctors were amazing. Best experience I’ve had in a medical office in a long time.
Been a patient for several months and have had nothing but good experiences with visits, at home sleep studies, and a overnight sleep study which the staff was very professional and friendly, Jeff was very thorough with explaining the process and what the sleep study will entail.
dr. barot was honestly very unwelcoming & not all that professional. he would ask me my symptoms of my migraines & vertigo attacks, i would begin to tell him, & he would cut me off, roll his eyes as if anything coming out of my mouth was a bother, & move onto the next question. i kept having to backtrack & continue w/ i was saying in order to give him an actual true history of everything i’d been dealing w/ since i was 6-7yrs old (now almost 28). it got to the point where he would ask me a question, let me get maybe 5 words ... read more
I was present as a support person during a neurology visit and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. The provider repeatedly interrupted, rolled his eyes, and dismissed long standing symptoms without meaningful discussion. There was no clear plan for evaluation or imaging for the symptoms my partner brought up, instead the provider recommended a sleep study and prescribed medications. I had a great experience with Virginia Neurology and Sleep Center in Suffolk! The ladies in the office were very nice and the doctors/nurse practitioners are very informative and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!
