I am a retired medical professional. The practice was unaware. I was treated in a manner I considered superb. All of my records had been reviewed prior to my visit. Timely, appropriate, knowledgeable and an outstanding history and exam. They are a great resource for neurologic problems.
I was referred here by my dentist, saw the doctor who seemed knowledgeable and whom recommended a home sleep study. I wasn't told anything up front about the procedure so i did expect a little consultation but when I arrived I was asked to sign an equipment return policy where I acknowledged that I assume the liability of the cost of the machine $2100 or so, the instructions on what to do and the machine. I felt extremely dismissed. Doctor basically gave me the run around and implied tht my issues were mental health issues. Not taken seriously at all.
