My neurologist Dr Kilhenny sent me here (he is wonderful) to hopefully get put on Zepbound so I can lose weight and help my IIH. I got my referral, got diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea, paid my bills, got a cpap, came to my appointments, did everything I could. My cpap isn’t working, they won’t prescribe me zepbound, and now they’ve somehow lost my referral or something and now I need a new one. I am so upset I feel like everywhere I turn doctors fail me. I had an overnight sleep study scheduled for 8:30 p.m. and arrived at approximately 8:15 p.m., 15 minutes early. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked whether I needed to bring my CPAP machine or mask and was told that I did not. After I arrived, the sleep technician asked where my CPAP machine and mask were. I explained that I had followed the instructions I was given. She told me she would have to locate a mask and that it would take longer to prepare me, so she decided to hook up another patient first. Sh... read more

Got an appointment same week, got there checked in and was seen on time. Front desk was very professional and the doctors were amazing. Best experience I’ve had in a medical office in a long time.

Been a patient for several months and have had nothing but good experiences with visits, at home sleep studies, and a overnight sleep study which the staff was very professional and friendly, Jeff was very thorough with explaining the process and what the sleep study will entail.
