Staff can be friendly but sometimes feels a bit standoffish. The doctors are very intelligent and very helpful. Very good with children and seniors. A lot of testing can be done on site now. The only negative is that sometimes you feel like they're rushing you out of the office especially when they get behind.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ospina four 4 years now. I do not mind the hour drive to Reston. He is so worth it. Being a excellent doctor with the knowledge and training, he is also compassionate. It is extremely hard to find a doctor with his compassion and dedication. Dr. Ospina has many times sat and listened when I was in a state of extreme distress. I cannot say enough about Dr. Richard Ospina is he worth the trip from anywhere.
