This bank is terrible. I've been banking remotely with them for YEARS and they are so behind technologically. Their customer service is non-existent. I'm not terribly old, but this bank was so much better when it was still The Fauquier Bank. Virginia National Bank is the biggest headache of all the banking entities we utilize.
I don't want to tell you how bad is there customer service, I have been waiting to someone to pickup the phone for more than 50 minutes. Please don't waste your precocious time dealing with there customer service.
