Really disappointed with the service bill that we got for 2 visits(cold and muscle pain) on October 2024 and the doctor counseling was not even more than 5 mins and we were billed $289 and $395. The bill didn’t even have detailed explanation of why the total service cost is too much, and Im not going to pay until i get more details. This is very worst billing that i have ever seen with other medical services from other providers.
Mixed bag on positive and negative experiences. Scheduling an appointment is super easy & fast, and the actual medical advice was useful. Administratively, though, I still get bills from two visits trying to resolve the fact they used the wrong insurance on the second trip (even after filling out paperwork for the switch), billed incorrectly on another (this might be on the insurance company though), and for lab results they're unreachable as other commenters have pointed out. Bad customer service or front desk No one responds always goes to voicemail When ever I call them. Don’t know how people are getting appointments 🤨
