I saw a urologist here yesterday, 31 March, and was told by the surgeon I would receive a detailed summary of my treatment plan for urethral strictures. I never received if even though I expressed time urgency. So today, I tried calling the “Emergency “ phone number I was given to call in case of pain, etc…and NO ONE answers ! All you hear is an automated message, and then put on hold forever with ZERO reply to this call ! I think this is outrageous coming from a so-called “highly rated” hospital !

As scheduled with a PA NOT an MD in a first visit with an abnormal finding on 2 CT scans in the ED 1 wk apart. Should have seen a doctor not an incompetent midlevel who does not know what he is doing and has no oversight. He ordered a urinalysis when it was known that there was no bacterial infection. Finally saw an actual MD at another office who ordered urine cytology and did a scope. Stop wasting our time w non MDs and certainly NOT on first visit!!! Deplorable!!!

Great doctors, nurses take forever to respond to anything and leave you on read. A simple ask of sending an updated prescription has no response even after a full week.

I continued to experience intermittent, positional abdominal pain. My provider, Erik Geving, did a couple tests including an ultrasound to confirm it was still there, stated that simple kidney cysts usually don’t hurt (they do when they’re large) and ignored me for weeks when I asked for my treatment options. He offered no treatment and not even any follow ... read more
