My friend and I were in a car accident and came to get checked out. They got us in wicked fast and the nurse who just checked out our vitals quickly was so pleasant and calming (I can’t remember her name unfortunately). We had Sonia Juarez as our ARNP and she was so incredibly nice to us, despite the fact I’m sure we were an absolute emotional wreck. Her attending student, Audra, was also very gentle and caring. Slow, unprofessional, not empathetic at all. Staff needs sensitivity training and service time training. People in gurneys for hours, people waiting in lobby for half a day to speak with someone. Then they drig you up and send you out the door. Hadnt been back in years but have been having serious crohns disease issues decided to go in. They gave me morphibe told me i was constipated and to contact a specialist. They missed: an anal fistula (a hole in your butt), fissures and an infection.
