I got some blood work done here, it was incredibly fast and great service.
I was seen here and had a great experience, my doctor was amazing, and actually listened. I take public transportation so I walked from the light rail so parking isn’t an issue. I always call if I have questions because the posted hours don’t tell me when my doctor’s day begins or ends. I find the negative post childish because it’s about the service from my provider that counts.
I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of accuracy and professionalism at this medical center. The lab hours online clearly state that they’re open until 5:00 PM, yet when I arrived, I was told the last blood draw is at 4:30 PM. That information is nowhere to be found on the website or posted at the facility. If you stop doing lab work at 4:30, then your hours should say so. It is not my choice to come here but trying to establish with a new provider since they booking out until December. This is the only place the provider that’s taking a new patient has an earlier availability. Parking is on West parking Deck or lot 9 which is by Residence Inn. It’s free for the first 3 hours. Walk from the parking lot to the Kraken Ice rink once you get inside the door it’s on the right.
