Wow what a service .
I definitely understand why they are rated so low. They don't bother to inform their patients of critical information such as DOCTORS CHANGING LOCATIONS. We had to wait 6 MONTHS for an appointment that we ended up being late to because they didn't feel it was important to let us know the doctor was now in Puyallup or give an address in the text confirmation. Appointment had to be rescheduled after driving 30 minutes- you guessed it, it's MONTHS away again. We'll be finding a different doctor before then. UPDATE: Had another ... read more
Worst office ever!!! I was 6 minutes late to my appointment and they cancelled my appointment because they forgot to tell me I had paperwork prior to seeing the Dr . The lady at the front desk says “oh I’m sorry no one told you” Out of my bed at 6:30 am with sick toddler to come to an appointment at 7am and be turned away is BEYOND ridiculous. DON’T GO HERE!
My time with Dr. Erin Dautremont was not a good experience to say the least. I would not request this doctor for young women who care about their health, but I would most importantly like to express how much I dont recommend this doctor for anyone w/ mental health disorders. Any verbal agreement w/ Dr. Dautremont will not be met. Expect constant last-minute changes to your appointment, no way to contact your provider & rude interactions throughout your entire experience. I have Medical PTSD. I didn't feel safe here. I didn't feel heard. even if they are willing to give me my adhd medication. My fear of having to keep going back is overwhelming. I don't feel safe with the medical staff here.
