Doctor is constantly running behind nearly every time I have an appointment and then if you’re within the 15 minute late policy they make you reschedule because the doctor is running behind. I walked in 14 mins late after calling in to let the office know I was running late and they told me they couldn’t see me because the doctor was over booked and running behind and made me reschedule a physical that they already made me wait months for.
Waited 3 months to get my mom a new patient appointment. When we arrived at 6:30 am we were told the doctor called out then they lied and said they tried calling me and it kept ringing. No accountability. They rescheduled us for a clinic up the street at 9:30, 9:15 check in time. When we arrived at “2930 meridian suite 200” at 9:20 we were told we’d have to reschedule because they’re “strict” on new patients and we’re late. I’m livid. There is always an issue sending all of my prescriptions to the pharmacy
Dr. Chris Christensen has been the best doctor I think I’ve ever had in my 52 years. He listens and has amazing advice and I just really appreciate him. My 21-year-old daughter sees Maureen Kimani, she has been wonderful and she feels heard and cared for.
