Took in a family member and was seen quickly, treated with respect, they involved the patient in the decision making, diagnostics happened fast. It was a great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly and professional
I’m a heart patient and sometimes the ticker gets away from me. I do my nitro routine and pain management routine and usually works. I’ve got pretty potent pain management from my PCP and usually does the trick along with the nitro. But when the stubbornness kicks in and I’m trying to finish a project and then angina rears its head I think “it’ll go away.” To which without intervention it typically doesn’t. Came here after work a couple weeks ago to get checked out as I couldn’t open my jaw without severe pain. I had to put myself on a liquid diet because I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to even eat a chicken nugget. I was in the waiting area for about 30 minutes with only two people there with me, and then they stuck me in a room that I was in for over five hours and only saw the doctor twice. Busy but the only way we knew was that we were seated in the hall. No rooms left. Test results came back and x-ray definitive. Efficient check in and out. Prescription waiting. Well done.
