Scam. Do NOT go here for an urgent care visit. You will be charged for an emergency visit. I went there for an Urgent care visit and was never informed that I would be getting charged as an Emergency visit. Read some of the other reviews.
I was told by them it was just a $50 copay so I paid while there. I was only with the doctor for 5 seconds to get a prescription renewed. Now several months later they keep sending me additional bills. Seems pretty unfair to tell me only $50 then bill me an additional $58 a couple months later. I would have went somewhere else to get my prescription renewed if I would have known they were gonna charge more. I have the receipt from when I paid too.
Waited well over two hours with a 4yro & newborn and was never seen. The doctor was snacking in his office taking his sweet time and got mad at me for leaving with the kids before being seen. (Two hours in!) the waiting room was empty the entire time we were there and it was clear their priorities were NOT aligned.
