Thankful for the team they have. Kind and hard working group. It was busy and I was expecting ridiculous wait times. Too my surprise they got me back in a timely matter and gave me excellent support and service, I highly recommend.
I did not have to wait long. All staff were friendly & professional. I trust VMFH UC/ ER with myself & family.
They violated my rights. I am Deaf, and they did not provide an ASL interpreter when I needed it the most, especially when my husband was not able to respond for himself. The administrator asked me questions, and I couldn't understand what she said. I informed her that I requested an interpreter, and she pretended to put the code in the VRI screen and brushed off my needs. Then she proceeded to give me important documents and walked away. I will definitely file a complaint. Do better!
Check in was easy. The wait wasn't long and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I will most definitely use this facility again.
