Awful customer service. Bought 300 bucks worth of tractor parts, the boxes came with only nuts and bolts with half the items missing. Store told me to call John Deere refuted a return and wont replace.

Kids left my gas tank open on my mower, which not known by me, got hit by the recent rain storms, thinking it was relatively a reasonable cost to have them look at it… they want to charge $1,000+ to repair it. I’ve never seen a time when the cost to drain and clean a mower, replace a solenoid and put on some new blades was 33% of the value of the mower at list price. I mean the labor for just the engine cleaning alone was nearly $400. What. But hey, they still got me for $200+ dollars just for taking it to their shop and loo... read more

Bought two tractors from here. The service department is great, sales team is awesome, and after three years I've got no complaints. They run a really tight business and they've gone above and beyond more than a few times for me when they didn't have to. That's how it's done. I give it my highest recommendation.
