Dr. Greiner neglected to send one of my prescriptions in I called the office and left four messages on Monday two messages on Tuesday and she never called me back it is unacceptable for a psychiatric doctor who has made an error to not reach back out to the patient. I finally had to get the office manager involved and suddenly my prescription was called in within 2 minutes
Was very empathetic and very helpful. Helped manage my medication from my being in a bad place to a healthy state of mind.
Unprofessional to say the least, this was my first appointment with a new practitioner that allowed a student to discuss my history as well as analyze me. I've never seen anything like this before. After 2 hours of talking with the student Virginia finally arrives, disheveled & asks me what medication I take, & amazingly enough goes to get her medication description book to read about it.I should have known something was not right from the beginning.Needless to say I did not go back, horrible.
