I am updating the review after meeting the owner, Kevin. He came out to see the store and talk over the issues. He has resolved what he can immediately and promised the rest will be done this week. He has also made sure i have a contact to direct any issues to for immediate help. We were really happy until recently. I don't know what happened. We are getting moldy smelling mats delivered. They aren't taking the old mats to clean. They throw some towels and aprons at us and run. I have tried to call and get a busy signal each... read more
Train your drivers not to park over the entire sidewalk when there was plenty of room to have backed the truck up to clear the sidewalk - just a little respect for pedestrians would be nice
Worst service, I wish i can rate them negative five star.
This company should be ashamed of how they run a business. They have poor communication, they lack quality sheets, towels etc- their product is full of dust. They will send you items with holes and stains. They will be late with your laundry, have low supply, and it will be hard for you even to get the laundry you requested. Drivers are always late or just don’t even show up till the following day- Don’t wast your time calling customer service since they won’t even respond to emails.
