So far happy with the service they provide and the prices! Amazing Krystal who’s always available and willing to help. Overall I’m satisfied.
My wife and I run a small business that uses this service and we find ourselves constantly fighting the billing department about charges to our account that are not a part of our contract. Emails are exchanged with Mrs. Lam about these charges, we are assured they will be credited/ removed and then nothing gets done. Our account with Virginia Linen is mismanaged and as a small business, we are taken advantage of.
