Amazing, honest and trustworthy
Carl is very responsive and knows a great deal about hot tubs. He not only fixed our problem promptly, but gave me a few educational points along the way to make sure we're taking care of it right. He's a one man show (aka small business ), professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. I fear the day he retires!
