The salesman Josh went out of his way, but since then the customer service has been very poor. The installer that you hire still have not install the pool and now no one call even have enough respect to call. Waiting 2 separate days and no installed pool.

It's been almost 2 months since we purchased a Bullfrog Spa from Virginia Leisure in Chesapeake; BEST decision! Doug is awesome and took all the purchasing stress away. We shopped around and are extremely happy with our choice. It's been a wonderful addition to our home.

Our hot tub (not bought from Virginia Leisure) developed several leaks. Repair estimate from another dealer was expensive. Since the tub was 9 yrs old wasn't sure we wanted to repair because of the potential of other jets developing leaks. We had been buying our hot tub chemicals from Va Leisure. Stopped in and spoke to Nate. Nate came out to our house and looked at our hot tub and brought some brochures with him. He saw some of the issues and understood our concerns about repairing.
