Terrible experience; the person overtalked me the entire time, wasn't listening or really leading me in a direction of help! Said they only take about 4 divorces a month and hasn't excepted any new ones the last couple months because the rate is so high so when I asked what else I can do; I'm told I can get a packet but no one is going to give me the packet without representing me! It may be true but the customer service experience with this individual was awful and the advice is careless and hardly detailed. It's blatant!
