Intentionally tells you they can’t do anything for you and then won’t answer when you try to call back or return your calls
As per their representative, they will not discuss any assistance with a landlord. I wish they would state that detail in any public facing advertisements. I, as a landlord, used to refer tenants to Berg Legal Clinic. It's cheaper for me than going to court.
Not very helpful. Do not help low income people with much legal help. Not enough services provided
