EDIT: I am a resident of tranquility 55+ Community (Ryan Homes) in Williamsburg, VA. Our HOA contracted Virginia lawn and landscape (VLL) to do lawn cutting, pruning of bushes and trees, The turf treatment is subtracted by this company to another company called Virginia Green.. I am a resident of Brammer Creek. Our HOA contracted this company to do pruning of bushes and trees. I have never been so flabbergasted by such an unprofessional and horrible job! I have a bush next to the entrance to my home and they not only cut it a foot shorter than it needed to be, they didn’t bother to trim it on the sides so that the house number can be seen from the parking lot? They started cutting the yards in Burgesses Quarters earlier this year after the contract with the prior grounds crew was not renewed. They do a really bad job. They don't cut the grass short enough. Right after they've finished cutting, it barely seems as if they cut the grass at all. Long blades of grass and weeds can still be seen in abundance.
