I called the call center for hematology and oncology and waited a long time to get my oncologist nurse to email my oncologist doctor for antibiotics for my lung, throat, and nasal infections, but only got handed over from person to person, with no real answers!!I hung up after 23 minutes and was frustrated from the lack of patient care!
