I had a first appointment on 9/7/24 and Vidhi was late over 40 minutes. I called twice and left a message.After the second call I heard from her in a text. She didn't offer any explanation or apology. You never get a chance to make a first impression.
This fox rehab is the worst pt ot st in Virginia needs to be shut down they don't even return calls and or keep they word to the patient they were supposed to help with ot one lady they sent car broke down and they order a hand splint from my insurance provider but never brought it in 5 months I was ripped off listen to me so you don't waste your time or your insurance time with this shady company I didn't get the hand splint in 6 months and the boss here regional boss is part of the companys problems wish I had never switch... read more
