Every time I come here I know my day gonna get messed up been here for over 1hr and I'm in the stack like yall keep having ur trucks bringing containers after containers getting them gon like we sitting here for 1hr bs
Like most people say I wish there is an option 0! Employees over the phone are very rude and no one cares about us sitting for hours to get a box that is in first row. Me, as a truck driver got at the front of the dispatch office at 3am in order to get a round by 630am and then I get here at VIG and wait for another 2 hours. They kept skipping me all day long making impossible for me to make it back to my company and pick up another round. I hope their kids will become a truck drivers and they will get treated same way! This port is the worst . Port police will pick with you every chance they get ! I swear sometimes they act like real cops lol. Especially after three port workers are lazy and rude to the drivers most of the time . Lastly the stacks are always broke or moving slow I swear . Lastly there are hardly appointments at this hell hole 🕳️ so they make people wait to 3pm everyday with about 200 trucks waiting just dumb and no respect to the truckers that’s taking these loads of these people hands and bringing it to are customers .
