I bought my JD X360 used from a private party so VICE was not obligated to assist me in any way. That said, Chris talked me through a service issue that has consumed me for over a week. Over the phone he walked me through several steps until "eureka" the blades engaged as they should. What an awesome customer service experience. Thanks Chris!!!
