A simple blood draw appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM didn’t happen until 8:36 AM. I notified the front desk at 8:20 AM that I was still waiting for my scheduled blood draw and that I didn’t want to be late for work. They told me I could leave at any time and reschedule. I asked what the delay was, and they said I was first on the list and that this wasn’t normal for the lab. I explained that this was very frustrating and said I was going to leave.
