I have been going to this doctor for about 7 years, she has been good but I received a letter telling me that I can no longer come here because I had 3 no call no shows. Now every time I missed there was a reason the most recent being that I injured myself and could not drive. I forgot that I had the appointment if I remembered I would have canceled. A simple blood draw appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM didn’t happen until 8:36 AM. I notified the front desk at 8:20 AM that I was still waiting for my scheduled blood draw and that I didn’t want to be late for work. They told me I could leave at any time and reschedule. I asked what the delay was, and they said I was first on the list and that this wasn’t normal for the lab. I explained that this was very frustrating and said I was going to leave.
