Really ugly customer service.
Most unprofessional lazy people I’ve ever met 😇 answer the freaking phone and do your job and stop disconnecting me on purpose because no one wants to do their freaking job!!!! So frustrating
These people are nasty . Poor attitudes and customer relations. I was happy until they brought my mortgage. I had no contact other than a letter. No understanding. It's my first home. The offers / grants are great. Just get your mortgage some where else. Pray they don't buy it. Everyone on other end doesn't have access to your account. So if you have problems skip the butts they answer and speak to a supervisor. Especially the young men within this company. They are the worst.
