I am honestly disappointed that the customer service just is not present with this company. Every single time I call I feel like I am being harassed for information to verify myself and then if I have missed a payment they harass you asking “well when are you gonna make the next payment? Why can’t you pay? What’s going on” I want a more human experience. Dealing with this company is just sad and it’s no wonder the rating is so low. Do better

VA housing is trash they say all calls are recorded I call these people about the mortgage not being taken out my account I was told to call bank did everything they asked call back this morning because they sent a letter telling me it rejected and charged a late fee for something I was trying resolve this broad this morning going to say the call are recorded and there's notes but am not going through all these notes broad that's your job TF
