I called VHDA to resolve a simple double payment and immediately understood why their Google rating is so low. The automated phone system is unnecessarily frustrating and clearly designed to discourage callers. When I finally reached a representative, they were not helpful. Its been months trying to get them to correctly pay our escrow real estate taxes! There's not even anyone to directly talk to in that department, you must email them yet for months no one has responded to the emails. Now I see they added a separate plot to my escrow account (not the loan), tells me its my county's fault (county says no), and still the amount is incorrect! Who did they hire to screw up all this?!?!
I will be glad when my house is payed for with this company they doint care about people and they lie and like to hold money up to pay my contractor will never recomend this company to any one they suck majes you pay a extra $10 dollars to pay your mortage will be so glad when i can tell them what i really think
Sick and tired of this mortgage company! The customer service representatives don’t give a damn about anyone’s situations. They lie and they harass you even when you promise to pay by a certain date! Please do not waste your time. No need to get frustrated? I’m livid. This company needs to do better!!!
