First of all the waiting room is too small the front desk ladies are mean and nasty to me all they care about is getting my insurance I have a brain tumor I was getting up to get a blood work and I felt that's why I came in because I think it's grown or gotten worse throwing up they did not put her first as priority and she seems to be extremely sick they don't care if you live or die this hospital emergency room ER it's a joke now I'm sitting here waiting for my turn and I'm worried about how the staff and doctors are going... read more
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO COME IF YOU’RE SICK! THEY RUSH YOU THROUGH TESTING LIKE YOU’RE A MECHANICAL PART ON A CONVEYOR BELT. THEY FORGET THEY ARE DEALING WITH HUMAN BEINGS. THE COMMUNICATIONS COMING FROM THE ER FRONT STAFF ARE ZERO! I SAT FOR 3 HRS WAITING FOR A CHEST X-RAY BECAUSE MY PNEUMONIA WAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANTIBIOTICS. EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and untrained nursing staff. On March Feb 27 at about 11:45 pm until Feb 28 at roughly 3 am, my wife came here for what turned out to be a miscarriage and the experience was terrible throughout. After my wife was told she had a miscarriage, one nurse walks in and tells her and I quote "sign these". She does not tell her what they are or what they say, which is ILLEGAL. If at all possible, I would strongly recommend not utilizing this ER. It took over five hours to be seen following my being involved in an auto-accident. There was also a significantly condescending nurse at the reception desk who may have been having an off night, but I had hours of watching her interact with patients with very little empathy or kindness.
