Contrary to a few negative reviews, I have nothing negative to say about this company! The owner returned all of my calls, arrived on time, explained what he needed to do, what needed to be ordered, and what he had done to repair my elevator, AND cleaned up! My elevator was installed 22 years ago. The co. I had used for previous repairs/ tune-ups said my elevator had exceeded its "life expectancy." So pleased now that "MY ELEVATOR GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP!"
