Holiday Estates is by far thee worst place to live after the new slumlord took over! Shes worried about kids being too loud at the bus stop and goes to the bus doors before they open to scream at them, shes also went to the point of taking pictures of underage minors. She says she wants to clean up the park yet I witness daily next door neighbors nodding in and out from drugs and beating eachother up because they are so strung out. Constantly tagging for maintenance things. You fix one thing and they deliver a notice for something else promptly. They approved the paint color 2 years ago and now suddenly can't remember that and want us to repaint - in 5 days, in the middle of a snowstorm. It has become very obvious they are trying to force us out in order to take the home and turn it for a profit. *********************** property manager charged me ***** for cutting my grass, but never cut my grass. Today he returned my check after I paid and tacked on the fee. I caught the maintenance man peeping into my window before giving me the **** with the tacked on charge. *** has given authority for tree cutters to climb on my roof to cut trees. In response to your comment to my review, you cannot get a hold of the office. When you call you get an answering system, you leave a message, and no one ever calls back. You cannot stop at the office because the doors are locked all day long. So you tell me how we are to get issues to you to handle when we cannot even get the forms. I have neighbors that have had garbage sitting outside of their home for months now, nothing was ever done. They are grass has not been cut until it is at least 2 foot high. ***** ******* in Longmont Colorado is a nominal-looking park with minimal street repair. It is a 55 plus community. Lots of turnover due to yearly rent increases that are not conducive to an older population with fixed incomes. Upon moving, they have not returned my deposit and it's been four months, far over the regulations in Colorado. I make one to two weekly calls where I ask for follow-up. No one is ever in their offices answering phones, etc. even pre-Covid. It takes an act of God to get ahold of anyone to speak to. They don’t update you, half the time they don’t file papers you turn in. The corporate office doesn’t return calls either. There is no attempt to answer questions i have. Super frustrating. Now I see why their receivers were like they are!
