Excellent service especially by the Dr. He listened and explained everything to me.
Dr. Luy is a valuable addition to this practice. Caring. Aware of patient's needs. Interested in patient's progress and knowlegeable of newest findings and best practices.
5-star practice in a 1-star building. The handicap spaces are clear across the street in the garage, while a number of parallel park spaces in front of the building are regular spaces that are always full. Very hard for an 86-year-old client to visit.
We met with Sara who got right to the issue and discussed ablation with my husband. After giving him time to ask his questions, he asked to move forward with the procedure next month. She was straight forward with him which he appreciated. The medical assistant was very nice and put him at ease.
