Initial encounter with Dr. Louden was exceptional. He outlined a clear care plan to evaluate my condition. Alexis in the office stands out as truly exceptional among staff in today's medical offices with her friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care.

I see Dr. Crimm at this location. He is an excellent doctor, and I would highly recommend him. His staff is always friendly and helpful. He takes the time to review medical history and gives plenty of time to discuss issues with the patient. My wife is disabled and we have seen many doctors over the years, and I would have to say that Dr. Crimm is one of our favorites.

I love the staff and doctor here. Everyone is super professional and patient. The horrible scheduling department costs them the one star. I was told to set up follow-up appointments but nothing was available even 6 month out. When I told the scheduler I was left with no choice despite doctor's order, no other option was given. When I insisted to speak with the office directly, my intention was questioned. I said I was not happy with the situation and wanted to make sure delayed follow-up would not be a risk to me. Virginia Heart has been our cardiac care provider for decades. We are seen in the Purcellville office and for cardiac specialists in the Falls Church office. Sadly, Dr. Safko in Purcellville office retired a month ago. She has been beyond wonderful, always taking her time and making sure we understood our care. She will be sorely missed. I have no doubt we will find another cardiologist in that office that is similar. Drs. Had heart problems all week. The soonest they could get me in was a week later. They send me away tell me to take tests elsewhere over the next two weeks. They have no ability to do anything there nor then. They schedule me for a revisit to review my results THREE months later ! No information. I could be dead by then !
