Do not trust that they get there act together and not disrupt your life. Sloppy technician “found out” they didn’t have my machine for my appointment, an hour before the appointment. To adjust my family schedule, I had already left the house and was on massive traffic for 55 minutes when I got the call saying my appointment had to be rescheduled for 7 weeks later. Called cardiology office for follow-up appointment with Dr. Trevedi, with whom patient is already established. Office staff stated that Dr. Trevedi’s schedule is not currently open until December. Patient also reports that each time he calls the office for an appointment, he is told he must wait approximately one year to be seen. Requested earlier availability and advised office regarding concern for symptoms.
