Doctors are awesome ,however, I did not give them five stars because calling the nurse line is not a fun experience. When we Call and are in pain you expect someone understanding on the other side, especially if the procedure was done through Virginia Heart. I will leave it there and would not go into detail, but they really need to go to Charm school some of them. Very polite and was not hurried during the visit. I felt as though I was important enough to listen to my concerns and gave thoughtful and helpful answers.
Best care ever. The entire staff from surgeons to cleaners is solely focused on your well being and recovery. Every person around me greeted me warmly, asked how I was doing and did everything possible to speed my recovery. That entire staff is totally professional and focused.
