Jon Sterner is literally the BEST PT I have ever worked with! He is thorough and VERY knowledgeable in his trade. When I walked in, he assessed me and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it! Throughout my time there, he helped me so much. I had increased my degrees of motion by more than 10 degrees with the workouts he had suggested and had me do during our visits. He intentionally and genuinely cares for his patients.
