Very supportive staff; not only of their patients, but the the family members. It is very obvious that they enjoy the work they do, and do not mind going the "extra-mile". They are an excellent example of kindness, caring and Costumer Service.
The team at VHS was great, I loved the atmosphere. Flexible when it came to scheduling appointments and it didn’t matter which Therapist was assigned to me that day, Katherine or Emily both made me feel as if we had accomplished something during the session. They always had encouraging words and home assignments to help me progress towards my healing. Kudos to the team and Thank You
The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! Rushie is there with a warm greetings as soon as you enter and she makes sure to schedule or reschedule your appointments with a sense of urgency. She trys very hard to accommodate your schedule.and is on top of contacting workers comp if needed to make sure you have what you need! Katie & Emily are both warm, kind, funny and confident working with the two of them has resulted in outstanding improvements.
