In June, 2010, I went to these people for a sheet of window glass. One measurement was 20-7/16ths. They cut it too wide, 20-7/8ths. Went back to have the extra taken off. They removed 7/16ths of an inch, 1/16th too little. So now I have to sandpaper off the thin line of glass they failed to remove. Taking orders by phone and cutting window glass to fit are not done well at Virginia Glass under this management.
