I've received outstanding care and support including referrals wherever needed.
They take a lot of time for follow up patients follow up, specifically if you are in, pain,I still waiting for my crown, and I already pay,for this service ,.
So blessed to have Dr Karplus and her team.She has been a miracle worker for me . Jackie and the pharmacy team also have went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to all the staff that keeps the place running so well.
Had a phone appointment at 11 this morning, never got a call and have called several times no answer, now called again and have been waiting on the line for 30 mins. They don’t communicate when they say they will “call you back” they never do.
Incredibly caring staff from front desk, nurses, pharmacy, and of course my amazing Dr. Dr. Karplus always gives me the time I need to explain my situation. Dr. Karplus makes sure that I completely understand what we are doing during the treatment. So glad I moved to Newberg and found such a wonderful medical care team
