Untreated back pain for over 8 years
This is such a nice, clean and well-run clinic. Every person I encountered was very nice and helpful. The nurse got me back on time (which is unusual for most medical offices) and both the nurse and the physician assistant I met with were thorough and kind. My appointment never felt rushed. Also, the nurse is able to draw blood for all routine bloodwork right away, so there is no separate trip to the lab. The pharmacy is on site and very fast too. I'm really impressed!
I had an appointment for today at 8AM January 19th. The secretary told me several appointment times when I scheduled on the phone, but didn't check that it was a holiday shecwas scheduling me on. Have someone check the schedule every Friday for the next week and make cancellations if nessecary!
They take a lot of time for follow up patients follow up, specifically if you are in, pain,I still waiting for my crown, and I already pay,for this service ,. I asked for a refund because the crown, still hurts, they said nope, and I have to deal with pain till now.
Pharmacy staff are EXCELLENT!!! MYCHART makes rx refills easy and pharmacy is ALWAYS quick to fill. I GREATLY APPRECIATE THEM
