I worked with them on two different occasions and had a great experience each time. When I was moving to Norfolk, they spent the time to help me pick out what I wanted and they were able to deliver quickly. If you are new to the area, I highly recommend starting here.
I had a terrible experience at IKEA, which led me to looking for other places to furnish my apartment. Best customer service hands down! David was very knowledgeable and welcoming, they had a great selection and reasonable prices. The delivery was also surprisingly fast and efficient. I don’t know where that 4 star review came from but it’s a 6/5 for me.

Marcy was really very nice. I called her today to tell her. How nice it is to sit in my recliner. It has so much support. I love the different positions. I've never had a recliner before I'm sure.
