I first came in contact with Tina at a bridal expo; I explained the vision I had for my wedding flowers along with the types of flowers I was thinking about. She assured me that what I wanted was doable and within budget, quoting me around “$65” for an arrangement the size of what she had on display at her table and the flowers I wanted.
