I had made an account online. After completing the account, I called the clinic and when the girl answered, I’d informed her that I wanted to make a new patient appointment and that I’d just created an online account. She got snippy with me and told me that “normally they have to review the accounts beforehand” and that she had to look mine over. I will forever recommend VA Fertility and IVF! Thanks to drs. Goodman, Smith, and Williams for everything that you’ve done to help grow our little family. After suffering a miscarriage, I decided to seek help with this amazing group of drs, nurses, and staff. They did not disappoint! The in house lab was so convenient, and the staff were always ready to answer questions. After going through testings and following through with a plan, we welcomed our rainbow baby girl this August. She’s perfect in every way! Thanks again!!
