Exceptional customer service. The agent, Emily, goes above and beyond to listen to my concerns and find the perfect strategy for coverage. Her expertise is amazing. State Farm with Richard Buck, said they could not provide commercial coverage. Farm Bureau was able to not only provide coverage, but they advised the best way to do it for my current and future needs. I highly recommend giving Emily a call for your Commercial Insurance quote. Reasonable rates. I'm looking into auto and home rates, too.
ZERO I would never use them again. The associat named Chris wouldn't answer the phone ever. Wouldn't return calls. We had a problem with the bank draft system it took our payment then mistakenly put it back in my account. I didn't notice the difference and paid other bills and when they went to withdraw the payment it was not there. Chris said it would be 1,000 dollars to reactivate account but not to worry he will take care of it.
